Terms of Service

By accessing or using Genesis AI Mail Manager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations that connect a Microsoft 365 or Google (Gmail) mailbox.

Genesis AI Mail Manager connects to your email account through official, authorized Microsoft and Google interfaces to help you organize your inbox. It classifies messages into categories, moves them into folders or labels, can prepare draft replies for your review, creates follow-up reminders, and generates activity summaries.

All actions are intended to assist you. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, sending, deleting, and otherwise managing your own email.

We respect the privacy of your correspondence. Genesis AI Mail Manager does NOT read your emails for any purpose other than the automated organization and features you request, and we do NOT keep copies of your email content. Message content is processed transiently to perform classification and, where you enable it, to prepare draft replies — and is not retained as stored copies of your emails on our systems after processing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email content with third parties. Access is granted through secure OAuth authorization and can be revoked by you at any time from your Microsoft or Google account settings.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Automated classification, filtering, threat detection, and draft generation are provided as a convenience and may not be complete or accurate in every case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis AI Mail Manager, its owners, and its resellers accept NO liability or responsibility for any email — including any message that is misclassified, moved, delayed, quarantined, missed, deleted, marked or not marked as a threat, or for any action taken or not taken in reliance on the Service. You are responsible for verifying important messages directly in your email account. Nothing in the Service replaces your own judgment or your organization's security and compliance obligations.

The "Threat Shield" security feature is a best-effort, proprietary aid designed to reduce risk from impersonation, phishing, malware, and virus emails. It does not guarantee detection of every threat and is not a substitute for professional security software or safe email practices.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with email accounts you are authorized to access. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

The Service works alongside Microsoft and Google products. Microsoft, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Gmail, Google, and the Google logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Google LLC. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners, and all related copyrights and trademarks are acknowledged.

Genesis AI Mail Manager is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation or Google LLC. Your use of Microsoft and Google services remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
